I’m not a private equity professional or an investment banker. My role at Off-Mkt.com is simple: I build relationships, ask the right questions, and connect business owners with serious buyers who are ready to have the in-depth conversations about a potential sale.
I focus on what’s concrete: the initial signals and fundamentals that matter most to buyers. From there, I create a clear silhouette of your company so buyers can decide if they’d like to learn more. Once there’s interest, I introduce you directly to the right people.
Real estate was my start, teaching me the value of listening and building relationships. But my real passion is business: understanding how companies grow, win customers, and create lasting value.
I’m self-educated in due diligence and investment banking fundamentals - not to be an expert, but to better understand the lens buyers use when evaluating companies. I’ve read everything from marketing books inspired by the Grateful Dead to technical primers on investment banking, from operational due diligence at the company level to commercial due diligence at the market level, and even into areas like managerial accounting and financial planning & analysis.
I don’t pretend to know everything about your industry or business. What I do have is a genuine curiosity for learning about how people build and grow successful companies. That curiosity, paired with my network of serious buyers and other supporting professionals, is the value I bring to every conversation.
